  • Our 12+ Age Policy: Lost Fox Inn is most often enjoyed as a quiet R&R getaway or a romantic destination for couples. In an effort to cultivate an environment conducive to these purposes, all guests staying in our Main Inn & Tavern rooms must be over the age of 12. The private Schoolhouse is ideal for groups with younger guests.

  • Pet Policy: Guests staying in the Schoolhouse are welcome to bring one well-behaved dog under 40lbs for an additional cleaning charge of $100. All other guest rooms on property (including all rooms in our main inn and tavern) do not accommodate dogs. Dogs are not allowed in the main inn or tavern at any time and must be on a leash when not in the Schoolhouse . Please let us know if you’ll be traveling with a pet. If dogs are left unattended in the Schoolhouse, they must be crated. Any damage to Lost Fox Inn guest rooms or the property will immediately be charged to the card on file.

  • Quiet Hours: With respect for all of our guests, we observe quiet hours from 11pm-7am. Please be considerate of other guests.

  • All stays will be charged 14 days prior to check-in.

  • Check-in is between 4-8pm (*if you’ll be later, please email us in advance at reservations@lostfoxinn.com).

  • Check-out is 11am.

  • Guest rooms at Lost Fox Inn are all double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Please inquire directly regarding any specific needs.

  • Lost Fox Inn is a smoke free property. Smoking in guestrooms will result in a $500 cleaning fee being added to your invoice.

  • Lost Fox Inn is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.

  • Lost or missing room keys will be billed to the card on file at $35.

  • All outstanding tabs will be applied to the credit card on file upon check-out.

  • All rates are subject to state and local taxes.

 

cancellation policy

  • Your reservation may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival at no charge.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the date of arrival will have the full stay charged. If we are able to rebook your room within this window, your stay will be refunded less a $100 admin fee.

 

ADA policy

Lost Fox Inn is committed to providing an online experience that is accessible and easy to use for everyone, including those with disabilities.  We are in the process of of updating our website to ensure that it meets the accessibility standards outlined by the ADA & World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA.
